- To maintain a clean riding environment, refrain from eating or drinking in the vehicle and dispose of your own trash. If the seats, carpets, or interior are soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged based on the quote from a professional service
- The pick-up time must be specified in advance and cannot be changed on the day
- Drivers will wait for up to 30 minutes at no extra charge. After 30 minutes, an overtime waiting fee of JPY5,000 per hour will apply, payable in cash on-site
- If contact with the driver is not made within 30 minutes and the driver cannot reach you, the full amount will be charged, and waiting will no longer be possible
- If changes or adjustments to the order are needed, please notify at least two days before the trip. Changes requested the day before or on the day of service cannot be accommodated
- The private charter car service is available for 10 hours per day. It is not possible to temporarily reserve the car during the charter period or delay the start time
- If the trip ends early during the charter period, no refund will be provided, and the trip cannot be rescheduled for another day
- For departures or arrivals outside Tokyo, the driver’s travel time will be deducted by 2 hours for one-way driving. Customer service will calculate the actual usage time based on the itinerary. Be sure to contact customer service in advance with the correct pick-up and drop-off addresses
- The departure time cannot be adjusted on the day of travel. For example, if the scheduled departure is at 10:00 am and there is a delay of one hour due to customer factors, the private charter service will still start at 10:00 am
- The car usage time is a 10-hour period between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm. Any usage outside this time frame or delays in service will incur additional charges. For more details, please refer to the "Additional Consumption" section on the product page
- The private charter car service does not include an escorted tour within scenic spots. The driver will wait outside the attractions. If an accompanying tour is needed, please inform customer service in advance. Additional service fees, attraction tickets, and parking fees will apply

- Vehicle model images are for reference only. The supplier will assign vehicles of the same type but different brands based on availability and guest conditions at the time
- Pick-up and drop-off points are limited to hotels or B&Bs within Tokyo's 23 wards. For locations outside these areas, contact in advance for consultation. Additional fees or adjustments may apply, depending on the situation
- If the itinerary includes the fifth station of Mount Fuji, a mountain climbing fee of JPY2,100 to JPY3,700 will be charged. Payment should be made directly at the local facility at the Mount Fuji 5th station
