Explore the wonders of Denali! Please check in for your flight 30 minutes before scheduled departure time or schedule a complimentary transfer from your local hotel, inn, B&B, or rail depot. Before taking flight, take part in a short safety briefing. You’ll then be off on your 1.5 hour scenic flight of Denali or 2 hour flight and glacier landing.
Denali National Park and Preserve
View the vertical rise of Denali starting at its base of around 2000 feet to over 20,320 feet. Explore the most-climbed, western face of Denali and an additional massive glacier system, the Kahiltna. Then fly East and take in the flowing river of the Ruth Glacier, the renowned Sheldon Amphitheater (glacier landings often done here), the Great Gorge with its mile-high granite walls - the world's deepest, and the intense blue melt water pools that dot the glaciers. With a guaranteed window seat, you can sit back and relax as you enjoy the incredible views. A two-way headset is provided so you can communicate with your expert pilot as he/she shares incredible commentary along the way.

- Directions: K2 Aviation is located in the town of Talkeetna at the Talkeetna State Airport. We are about 3 hours north of Anchorage and about 4 hours south of Denali National Park. The Talkeetna exit is located at mile marker 98 on the Parks Highway (Alaska Route 3).

Check-in is 30 min before your departure time. Please contact K2 Aviation upon booking to schedule your exact departure time and provide weights. You can also request a hotel transfer at this time. We can be reached at +1 907 733 2291. During the summer season, May through September 15, we encourage you to layer your clothing, bring a light jacket and wear long pants. In addition, it is a very good idea to have comfortable, closed toe shoes and sunglasses. We provide glacier overboots for landings. During the shoulder seasons: It is a good idea to bring a heavier coat, gloves/mittens, a hat and boots. Remember to bring sunglasses, a camera, a charged battery and a memory card or film. • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination.
