Tasting of truffle and Umbrian products and lunch at the end of the experience. The extra virgin olive oil, known as green gold, probably is the most representative product among the delights of Umbrian gastronomy, made of simple, genuine and savory food. We’ll visit a renowned oil mill where we could learn about the production process of olive oil, from cultivation, to harvesting, pressing and use of the product. At the end, we will enjoy a delicious tasting.
