"Fresh Pasta" Class: Preparation of homemade potato dumplings, pesto, homemade bread and tiramisu with limoncello or coffee
Through my Cooking Classes you will be able to learn some important secrets of local and Italian cuisine, you will take home with you a piece of our tradition and you will be able to recreate and relive it whenever you want! The experience lasts about three hours and you can choose between different types: create an entire menu consisting of four courses (appetizer, first course, second course and dessert), prepare different pestos with local herbs or learn how to make fresh handmade pasta! For each type of Cooking Class I will personally take care of the purchase of the necessary products and I will accompany you in their preparation, up to the tasting accompanied by a good local wine. In case of any allergies, intolerances or needs, there is the possibility of modifying the courses on the menu or making gluten-free pasta, just let us know in advance so that I can create the perfect experience for you! The location of this all-Italian experience is in Praiano, a characteristic village in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, but it can vary depending on the number of participants.
