(Subject to Option Inclusions)

Host Ann is so excited to invite you in to her Dublin home, to share some of her food, her stories and her culture. At this social dining experience, you'll help Ann cook a traditional Irish lunch that you'll then enjoy together in a fun, friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Together you will make Irish soda bread, a heart warming soup, a Beef and Guinness casserole and Colcannon. Then when everyone sits down to dinner we will have some craic (craic in Ireland means good fun, music and conversation!) After lunch Ann will show you how to make your own Irish Coffee and being a true Blue, she will be at hand to give you information and advice on the city so that you get the most and the best out of your stay in Dublin. By the end of the experience you will have made new friends and will have experienced a genuine Irish welcome which I hope will be one of your lasting memories of your time in Ireland. You'll also get a recipe booklet to take home with you! Learn how to cook (and then enjoy) soup with seasonal ingredients, Irish Soda Bread, Colcannon, and your own Irish Coffee!
