In the heart of Medellin, a sensory experience invites you to explore the five regions of Colombia where the table is the center. In an intimate setting of no more than 9 participants you will be guided by a host and chef through a unique multisensory experience. Each dish, prepared with authentic ingredients, reveals flavors and aromas of each region, while sounds and images, accompanied by local artistic works, enrich cultural immersion. Traditional histories and Colombian cuisine are intertwined in a vibrant environment, offering a deep and memorable experience that celebrates the country’s diversity. You will meet Colombia in our home.
