What's included in Chocolate and Farm Tour with local Tico family
(Subject to Option Inclusions)We will walk you through our cacao plantation to harvest and taste the fresh cacao fruit. Let nature surprise you once you see how from a tiny flower it becomes in that tasty fruit. Then, we will prepare ancient and modern cacao drinks. Thousands of years ago and today for many indigenous groups, cacao drinks were/are prepared totally different than the modern hot chocolate that we all know. We will prepare and drink it their way to give our body, soul, and mind balance and connection with nature! Then we will prepare a sweet hot chocolate with fresh ingredients the way most people drink it around Costa Rica. And to finish, with our own cacao, we will mold chocolate bars so you can take them with you. Toppings will be available to let you surprise everyone with your Chocolatier skills! It is all participative so everyone gets to be part of it.
