Some stations only accept orders that have passed real-name verification, so 100% ticket issuance cannot be guaranteed for unverified orders. The operator will attempt to issue the ticket, but if it fails, the order will be canceled and fully refunded. Additionally, if the name on the ticket doesn’t match the verification results, issuance will also fail.
When filling in a foreign passport name, please follow the guidelines for entering names in English. Since the high-speed train ticket system only supports ticket issuance in English letters, ensure that the name is entered exactly as it appears in the readable section of the passport. For round-trip ticket bookings, make sure to use the same name for both legs of the journey; otherwise, the ticket issuance will fail.
For trains departing within 14 days, tickets can be confirmed up to 48 hours before departure. For tickets beyond 14 days that are not yet available, please wait until they go on sale. Once available, the operator will process your order based on ticket inventory.
Passenger's name contains special symbols, passenger's name does not match the ID number, the passenger did not fill in the nationality information, the day of the train tickets are not available, etc. will lead to the failure of the ticket issuance.
When booking a child ticket, make sure the child's age does not exceed the maximum age allowed for purchasing a child ticket. Otherwise, the booking will fail.
Not all seats are guaranteed to be together or in the same car. When booking the same order, efforts will be made to allocate seats together or in the same car, but if there are limited available seats, you may be assigned seats that are not together or in different cars.
For second-class seats, the seat arrangement is as follows: A, B, and C are together, and D and F are together, with A and F by the window, and C and D by the aisle, while B is in the middle. For first-class seats, A and C are together, and D and F are together.
If you apply for refund before the departure of high speed train, you will be charged with corresponding handling fee, for more details, please refer to the conditions of refund and change in “Package Details”; if the order is confirmed successfully, passengers who need to apply for refund can log in the passenger's own 12306 APP or go to the station manual window to operate the refund. The refund processing time for offline refund is 1-7 working days, and the payment will be refunded through Over The Planet, please contact Over The Planet customer service to check the progress of the refund, and the customer service will process the refund after verifying with the merchant; if the train has already passed the departure time, the refund is not available.
