• In order to ensure your entertainment experience, please arrive 20 minutes early to complete the admission and epidemic prevention procedures.
• A wristband will be provided upon entry. The ticket is valid for a limited time after admission. You can leave the venue temporarily and return to Chill Kids Club with the wristband.
• All guests must wear socks. Socks are not included in the ticket price. Non-slip socks are recommended for all children 12 years or younger.

• No eating or drinking is allowed in the play area.
