Pickup included
Departure 7:00 AM to Chichen Itza. On the way from 1:45 hours we offer a light snack. Upon arrival a guide will take a 2:00 hour tour explaining the relevant aspects of the archaeological site. From there you will go to a historic hacienda surrounded by jungle 40 minutes away where refreshing drinks will be offered upon arrival. Once comfortable you will go to the garden to recognize the ingredients that will be used in the cooking class. Mayan women from the community will teach to prepare Por Chuc, a traditional dish from Yucatán. Those who do not wish to take the class can enjoy drinks, guacamole and snacks in the pool area. The class will last 1 hour and then take a walk around the hacienda. At the end, or sooner if you wish, you can enjoy the exclusive and beautiful cenote, swim in the pool, relax in a hammock or bunk bed as well as contact nature while enjoying tickets, complimentary drinks and start grilling Pop Chuc, which will be served in the garden or dining room, at your choice. At the end, cocoa is prepared to enjoy a traditional drink. 4:00 PM Return to Merida to arrive at the hotel 6:00 PM.
Traditional entry based on local pumpkin seeds and spices. It is accompanied by toast.
Lettuce bar, spinach, tomato, onion, celery and dressings
Pork marinated with spices, citrus and charcoal roast. It is served with purple pickled onions in citrus fruit, tomato sauces and habanero.
