- Usage Time & Fees: Charter duration strictly follows the selected package. Overtime fees: 300 THB/hour for Thai-speaking drivers, 500 THB/hour for Chinese-speaking driver
- Standard service hours: 7:00-22:00. Night service (22:00-6:00) incurs an additional 300 THB/hour surcharge, with a minimum charge of 1 hour.
- Booking Requirements: Please provide clear details including departure time, pickup/drop-off locations, number of passengers (note if including elderly or children), itinerary, and special requests; For self-guided tours, you may specify attractions, but the driver will optimize the route sequence.
- Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply for remote areas; please confirm with customer service after booking. The driver may have subsequent schedules; please discuss any overtime requests in advance.
- If your lodging is in an area with vehicle access limitations, we will coordinate pickup at the closest accessible location.
- All chartered car packages do not include a tour guide.
