2. Child seats are not mandatory. Please make an appointment in advance if you need them. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. The child seat occupies 1.5 people's space, which may affect the passenger or luggage capacity. Please be sure to confirm in advance. Additional child seats require an additional fee of 2000 yen/piece/day. More than two safety seats need to be confirmed with customer service.
3. The total duration of the chartered car service is 8 hours. The pick-up and drop-off points are all in hotels or B&Bs in Sendai City (for off-site pick-up and drop-off, the driver will be given idle time or additional fees depending on the actual situation). The service time is 08:00-20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions.
4. Empty car fee: There may be a price difference when starting or ending at a different place. If it occurs, the customer service will confirm with you again after placing the order.
5. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friend setting so that the local Japanese staff can contact you in time).
6. After placing an order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication and arrange the vehicle. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at the latest 3 hours before the use of the car). Please note that you must wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
7. If the actual use of the car exceeds the service time or the travel distance, an overtime fee/extra kilometer fee will be charged.
8. If the total trip exceeds 250 kilometers, JPY300/km will be charged.
9. For guests who stay in cities outside Sendai, the driver's accommodation fee will be subsidized: 8,000 yen.
10. Overtime rental due to traffic congestion will still be charged a surcharge regardless of natural reasons or traffic control.
