To start, a Chef led gastronomic tour of the world-famous Mercado de Bolhao, sourcing the freshest ingredients. Together we will walk back to the kitchen at Boutique Maison Canto De Luz, where you will enjoy a Barista coffee before getting down to business. Expect a hands-on session. After seeing the chef at work, you will make the dishes yourself. Then, enjoy eating the fruits of your labours with a crisp glass Douro Valley wine with your classmates.
