In this experience you will enjoy a nice and vibrant Capo Market tour, one of the most popular outdoor markets in Palermo, where you will learn how to pick the best seasonal ingredients from the different stalls for our cooking class and as a Gastronome I will explain about the seasonality of the products, their traditional territory and varieties. Next, we will move back home for a hands-on cooking class on how to prep a traditional sicilian meal following my family recipes. You will learn how to prepare a starter, a main course and a dessert in my home kitchen. At the end of the class, we will enjoy these dishes for lunch, and in spring/summer season in my cozy terrace with some stories that will make you feel part of a new Sicilian family.
