- Please visit the Burj Khalifa during your selected time slot. If you want to go to the Dubai Aquarium first, make your way to the Will Call counter of At the Top Burj Khalifa to receive your ticket. Then, you can visit the aquarium at any time during the day you booked. The Dubai Aquarium is located on the ground floor, while the Underwater Zoo is on the second floor of the Dubai Mall. Walk through the aquarium tunnel at ground level, and then take the escalator up to visit the underwater zoo.
