⏱️ How long is the ferry ride from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal to Bintan Resorts and is there a time difference?
The ride takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Bintan is 1 hour behind Singapore time.
👶 Is it safe to travel if I’m pregnant?
If you’re 28 weeks pregnant or more, you need a medical certificate and must sign an indemnity form at check-in counter. Check your health insurance and get additional travel medical insurance before you leave.
♿ Is the ferry and terminal wheelchair accessible?
Limited wheelchairs are available; notify BRF in advance.
Wheelchair access is from the terminal to the pontoon, and you must have a travel companion if you can't walk unaided.

- Bintan, Indonesia at Bendar Bentan Telani (BBT) Ticketing Office.
🕒 Check-In Requirement
Even with a confirmed reservation, you must check in at least 40 minutes before departure to avoid losing your seat. For turnaround trips, allow extra time for clearance. BRF isn’t liable for missed ferries due to immigration delays or other issues.
