Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued
Passengers must be at least 152 cm tall to ride the e-bikes
A parent can have a child ride as their passenger for free if their child is under the age of 13 and is at least 122 cm tall, and the combined weight of parent and child must not exceed 136 kg, and only one parent and child per e-bike
The activity is not recommended: heart disease / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women
