You can hop on and off from our Paris Red Route tour from 10 different stops. Buses run every 10-20 minutes. Tune in to our pre-recorded commentary, available in 8 languages via complimentary headphones. Red Route Tour strats from Stop 1 at 09.45am and the last tour from Stop 1 is 17.30pm. Customers are advised to visit our website or download our app to find out more about updated service information. Your River cruise tickets will be provided by a Big Bus agent when boarding on the bus they will then tell you where to board.

READ CAREFULLY : FOR DISCOVER, ESSENTIAL AND EXPLORE TICKETS ONLY : Reedeem vouchers at the Big Bus information center , 11 avenue de l'Opéra 75001 Paris OR with our customer service representatives at any Big Bus stops with your printed or mobile voucher. River Cruise Departure (if you booked the option with cruise) is at the foot of the Eiffel Tower- Boarding Pier number 3 near Big Bus Stop 8. Please note your River cruise tickets will be provided by a Big Bus agent when boarding on the bus they will then tell you where to board and what time the departures are. Departure Times: every 45 minutes between 10:30am–9:00pm (every 30 minutes on weekends). Before you visit The River Cruise, you must redeem this voucher and book a time slot for the River Cruise. Once you have made the booking you will need to go to the Big Bus London website, then to the manage booking section using your last name and booking reference, alternatively our on-street staff can assist. If you are unable to check-in online, then please keep hold of this voucher and take it to your nearest Big Bus stop where a member of the team will be able to select a date & time for you.
