We will tell you about our identity through a guided tour, walking through the vineyards, talking about fermentation in the steel room and ending the visit in our barrel room. All accompanied by a tasting of 4 wines paired with local cold cuts and cheeses.
Tasting in english Language
It starts with a walk through our vineyards, telling you about the 11 grape varieties that we grow with organic and sustainable practices. The visit continues to the cellar, where we will then visit the cellar gravity flow method. Finally, we will find out where we aged our wines in the barrel room. At the end of the tour, we will have a guided tasting of 4 of our wines (indicatively 2 DOC wines, 1 IGT white wine, 1 IGT red wine) paired with a fresh and cured Monte Veronese cheese, local Soppressa salami and Coppa.
