It is important to note that if the Flight Number or Date is changed that it is the passenger's responsibility to inform I Asia of the new details. (I Asia is not provided with Flight Passenger Manifests by any airline to check if a person is on board or not.) It should further be noted that IF passengers believe they will not be able to exit from Customs and get to the I Asia Representative within 1 1/2 hours after their flight arrived they must telephone I Asia OR ensure that Airport Staff will inform I Asia to have the reps. and drivers wait.
