Visitors between ages 5 and 15 years old should purchase a Child ticket. Upon arrival, children ages 14 and 15 years old must present a valid student card with their date of birth; otherwise, full Adult fare may apply

- The cafe will be open for takeaway only
- The reptile and indoor crocodile houses are now open with limited entry numbers. You may still view alligators, komodo dragons, and other reptiles in outdoor exhibits
- Some areas will be one-way only
- The play area near the penguin enclosure is now open
- Face masks will be required. Please bring your own face mask
- Social distancing must be practised at all times
- Photos and encounters must be booked at an additional fee at the entrance building prior to the scheduled time
