Welcome to our family! We are Rocco and Carla, and together with our little helper Alessandro and Mamma Annamaria, we are happy to welcome you for a truly unique experience. The passion for good food and our experience in the world of catering have given life to this project: to combine the love for cooking, family traditions and genuine dishes prepared with the products of our land.
Already Papa Beniamino (affectionately called "Bè") in the 1960s delighted guests from all over the world with unforgettable culinary experiences. Since 2019 we have been dedicated full-time to making you feel at home, offering authentic and familiar hospitality. Nothing makes us prouder than sharing our recipes, traditions and love for food, carefully guarding the flavors and memories that represent us
Wine Tasting included: Our guests will taste three types of home-made wines during the cooking class.
The meeting place is located a few steps from the main beach (La Praia), the NaturArte artistic route and the very famous Praiano watchtower. Once they arrive home, our guests will sit down to drink a glass of wine made by us and taste a small homemade aperitif, after breaking the ice they will get to work. They will prepare the starter, two types of pasta and sauce (depending on the preparation) and the dessert, using products from our garden or from our fishing moments, following our family's recipes. They will sit at the table enjoying all their work and finishing with the dessert and the handcrafted digestive or digestives. They will leave us with the awareness of having lived a unique experience and having enriched their culinary experience.
