Just out from Auckland City you can find whales and dolphins in the Hauraki Gulf, and with Auckland Whale & Dolphin Safari you can go in search of them on this unforgettable cruise. Join our experienced marine scientists onboard Dolphin Explorer for a 4.5hour safari. Along the way, you will be searching for rare New Zealand seabirds, common and bottlenoses dolphins as well as Orca, Pygmy Blue and Bryde’s Whales to name a few! All these species depend upon the season, and your onboard guides will give you fascinating information about these sea mammals as you enjoy your cruise. You will also be able to particpate in some Citizen Science experiements that are done to help with research for local universities.
