We will visit the almond orchard before starting the activity of making Nougat. The cultivation is organic and environmentally friendly. We welcome hives on the orchard. We have installed bird boxes and bats that allow the development of biodiversity. And more than anything I want to share my Provencal culture in everything I care about: gastronomy, the cultural and historical heritage linked to local agriculture, its impact on landscapes, etc.
