We provide special VIP services for all passengers travelling to Aruba who desires and are in need of our special personalized assistance service.
Our guests enjoy a personalized experience of skipping the majority of the authority lines including use of the Airport’s VIP lounges, where the guest enjoy’s an exclusive and stress-free escape from the noise and bustle of our busy airport terminals.
The VIP lounge is managed by third-party partners and has limited capacity.

What's included in Airport VIP Meet and Greet Departure Assistance Service
(Subject to Option Inclusions)Upon arrival, your VIP Host will meet you at the check-in counters. We'll Expedite you through check-in, boarding pass control, local immigration, and security checkpoint. Please note, due to U.S. Customs regulations, we are unable to fast-track guests through U.S. Customs. After this, you'll be escorted to a VIP Lounge to await your flight.
Important: The VIP Lounge is managed by a third party, and children under 12 are not permitted.

- For our VIP Departure service, we will be sure to meet you at the check-in line of your respective Airline. Our host will always wait for you with a tablet with our guests’ last names on it. We will be recognized in a black suit uniform with a purple scarf or tie. Transportation is not included.
