If your hotel is not listed, you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time. Morning Tour: Cancun pick-up (7:30 am to 8:30 am) Noon Tour: Cancun pick-up (11:30 am to 12:30 pm) Exact schedules vary by hotel, and our representative will send you all the details either via email or text message. The action kicks off at 9:30 am for the morning tour and 1:30 pm for the noon tour. If you could share your hotel details with us, we'll ensure everything is perfectly arranged for your convenience.

Ticket Redemption
Once you book your tour, you will receive a digital confirmation ticket. It is important you show this confirmation the day of your tour. Please bring your booking reservation and your ID. Remember that you can only drive the Polaris Buggy if you are over 18 years old and above. Capacity of each vehicle: 2 people. It is mandatory that children must be accompanied by an adult in the vehicle. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off. Remember that the weight limit is 300 pounds for the Polaris. If you exceed this limit you won't be able to enter to the activity.
