Ticket Redemption
Please send an email with all guests' names within 48 hours of booking. Please specify the ages if there are guests 65 or older or 18 or younger, especially if you need a booster seat for the tour. Please specify the hotel name and address that you need to be picked up and dropped off for the tour. Please feel free to request any particular customization, and give any information about your travel plan or group background that you think may be helpful for your tour guide to create the most enjoyable private tour for you. You will hear from your tour guide directly with suggestions and advice for your tour itinerary until you are satisfied. Your tour guide will also check in with you 1-2 days prior to your tour date. Please respond to confirm the tour.
