Aboard a delightfully bucolic little train, we'll uncover the rich terroir of the Sud Profond, amidst fields of sugar cane cradled by the gentle breezes of the South Seas. The Plantation boasts a rich agricultural and industrial heritage and recognized and appreciated know-how: don't its sugar canes produce one of Martinique's finest rums?
