STARTER - Papas Nativas y Lomo Saltado de Alpaca

Native potatos and fried alpaca sirloin strips with onions and tomatos.

STARTER - Quinoa with Aji de gallina

Quino, Chicken, milk and nuts

MAIN - Rocoto Relleno

Ground beef, chilli pepper, vegetables, olives, egg and raisins

MAIN - Ocopa

Sauce made from huacatay, sun-dried yellow chilis and chopped onions, as dressing for boiled potatoes.

MAIN - Cuy Chactado

Fried guinea pig, corn, potatos, cancha (dried fried corn) and onions marinated with lime juice and spices.

MAIN - Sushi rolls

There are plenty of varieties to choose from and we eat them because in Peru we have the 2nd biggest colonia of Japanese in the world.

DESSERT - Sanjo or Helado de queso

We will try one of them.
