During the dry season of Pink Lake (usually from January to March), the water in the lake will become very low, so the white bottom of the lake will be exposed, which is a natural phenomenon

Please ensure you provide valid contact information. If you are unreachable or late, resulting in missing the tour, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture

This is a group tour. If you leave the group for personal reasons, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture of the remaining itinerary

Drone aerial photography is complimentary. If the drone cannot be used due to weather conditions or other factors, there will be no discounts or refunds

The Pink Lake, White Sand Dunes, and other natural attractions may have their itineraries adjusted depending on the weather, as necessary. The travel agency will not be responsible for reduced visibility or enjoyment due to weather conditions

The lobster lunch is a group meal. If you have allergies or do not eat seafood, please inform us in advance
