- Walk-ins are subject to availability. Advance bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment.
- Flight bookings must be made within 6 months from the date of purchase.
- 100% refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before appointment.
- If you do not show up for a confirmed appointment, and you have not changed the booking at least 24 hours prior to the Flight Experience, your booking will be considered flown and re-booking will not be allowed.
- A pre-flight briefing is included within the stated duration of the flight package.
- Flight simulation software and its associated functionality (locations, multiplayer, etc.) may vary and is subject to online server availability
