1-night accommodation at Kalbarri Palm Resort. Please note that Kalbarri is a very popular tour destination, which can be very busy during public holiday periods and festival seasons. Our tour may stay in Geraldton on the first day if there is no accommodation available in Kalbarri. 1 room will be provided for 3 people group, 1 Queen bed and 1 signle bed. Please book your Perth accommodation for Friday and Sunday.

The tour involve travelling deep into Western Australia's rural areas, the infrastructure is downgraded, the WIFI at the hotel can only be used for basic messages, but not for large sized images or videos. If you use Telstra network, you can achieve a better result on your phone

If you're staying at Oaks Perth Hotel or Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth, please sort out large luggage before your tour date. Only carry-on suitcases and backpacks are allowed on the bus. These hotels won't store your luggage overnight after checkout. Arrange storage with “luggage storage Perth for a small fee”, this need to be done the day before you board onto the bus

Please store your large luggage at hotel. Most Perth accommodation allow you store luggage after checking out. Please confirm it with the hotel before you book. Carry-on and backpack are allowed to be taken onto the bus

Address change need to be sent in at least 3 days before departure, no change will be accepted within 3 days of departure

Please note that the main language will be English for this tour. However, we will allocate you to a Chinese driver if we have the availbility and you have specifically required a Chinese driver.

We don't use coaches (big buses), we use the vehicles are best suited to this type of tours, we call them working horses. The capacity of our buses takes up to 11 passengers, so that we can offer small group tours to make sure the tour can be run as smooth as possible without delays. All individual passengers can get adequate attention from our drivers.

If you are a family of 4 or more, need to stay in one room, please contact us at the time of booking. It will be subject to feasibility and availability. We will not be able to accommodate this request if you send it in within 7 days of departure.

Pink Lake is a natural phenomenon, it’s beyond human control. In Summer time (from mid December could be earlier to end of March), It will be showing salt pan and water at the same time. The higher the temperature is, less water there will be in the lake.
