North American Hotels do not have an official hotel star rating standard. The hotels involved in the trip are local brand hotels
The North American Hotel Standard Room is equipped with one large bed or two standard beds. If you have a specific request for bed types, please inform the operator at the time of booking and they will do their best to accommodate you
Tour vehicles are arranged according to the number of people in a group. In a group of up to 24 passengers, the driver will also be the tour guide. In a group of more than 24 passengers, an individual driver/tour guide will be provided

If your itinerary includes airport pick-up and drop-off service, please provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. During the tour, please arrive at the pick-up location at the time scheduled by the tour guide. Do not be late to avoid delaying other tourists’ itinerary. If you are late or miss the transportation provided, you are responsible (at your own expense) for meeting the group at the next designated meeting location
During your trip, there may be different vehicles and tour guides serving you
If for any reason you need to leave the group during the trip, you must fill out a “Letter of Liability Release”; no exceptions
If you have special needs (such as but not limited to bed type, vegetarian options, high-chairs, etc.), please inform the operator at least 7 days before your trip. The opeartor will do their best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee
In the Rockies, there can be large temperature differences between morning and evening. The average daytime temperature in summer is 25 °C, and the average night temperature is 15-18 ° C. Please prepare clothes appropriately
In the Rockies, there’s ample sunshine and usually high levels of Ultraviolet rays (UV rays) that may cause sunburn, so proper sun protection will be needed. The region has a dry climate and body lotion is one of the must-haves when traveling
When encountering wild animals, feeding is prohibited; In the case of large animals, do not leave the vehicle and approach
Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and throughout the hotel. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of CAD 300 or more. Within the national parks, please note that smoking is permitted in certain areas only. Please follow the rules and do not litter cigarette butts. Please make sure that they’re fully out in case of a fire hazard
Please note that hotels in the Rocky Mountains area are mostly 3-4 story wooden structures. Some hotels do not have elevators
For environmental protection, Rocky Mountains area hotels do not provide toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, and comb. Only shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided
Most hotel rooms are not equipped with kettles. If you need hot water for drinking, please ask the hotel’s front desk for assistance. If kettle can't be provided, please use the coffee machine properly as instructed

Explore the Canadian Rockies on a two-day journey filled with breathtaking landscapes and iconic landmarks. Day one begins in Calgary and heads to Banff, featuring stops at the Banff Gondola (optional), Bow Falls, Hoodoos, Surprise Corner, and the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. The day ends with a scenic hike through Johnston Canyon’s waterfalls and glacial terrain. On day two, travel to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, known for turquoise waters and majestic peaks. After an optional lunch in Lake Louise Village, continue through Yoho National Park to Emerald Lake and the Natural Bridge, witnessing geological wonders and serene alpine scenery. Arrival back in Calgary depends on traffic and weather; later flights are recommended for safe departure timing.
