- Address: The airport store is located about 2 minutes’ drive from Penghu Airport. Please take the shuttle bus from Exit 5 to the store to pick up your car.

- Shuttle service:
- The store will pick you up according to the flight information. If you need to be picked up after returning the car, please inform the store and register at the pick-up site.

- Car rental fees -
1 day is calculated from 24 hours after the vehicle is picked up. If the vehicle is returned after the specified time, an overtime fee must be paid on site.
Overtime fee: NT$100/hour. Less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour, and more than 5 hours will be counted as 1 day. Overtime fee will be charged according to the on-site vehicle price.

- To protect your rights, if any accident, theft or other incidents occur with the leased vehicle, please stay at the scene and report to the police immediately. Do not settle with the other party privately, and immediately notify the company to assist in handling the matter, otherwise you will be liable for compensation.
- If all documents are not prepared when picking up the car, the manufacturer has the right to cancel the order and charge a one-day rental fee of RMB 400 per vehicle (this rental fee is calculated based on the list price).
- If you fail to show up or cancel your reservation due to personal reasons or force majeure such as weather or road conditions, the cancellation fee will be charged according to the cancellation standard.
