  • For groups over 4 people or those needing multiple room types, separate bookings are required. Please send all confirmation numbers after booking.
  • Tickets and Admission Policy: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted for participation in the tour. All admission tickets must be purchased either during booking or directly from your tour guide on the day of the tour.
  • For a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we recommend bringing comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
  • Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. Most tours operate with coach buses where booster seats are not required. However, for certain season departures that may use vehicles such as minivans or vans, booster seats may be needed. Please contact the tour operator in advance if needed. Rental service is also available upon request.
  • For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a valid and reachable phone number is required for participants.

Please notify your order number or invoice number upon payment. Present your receipt and voucher upon check-in. Please arrive at the starting point 5 mins before departure time. Cancellation Policy during promotions In the event of a temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure: -If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest (entitled to participate for free) cancels or is a no-show on the day of departure, a penalty will be imposed. -The penalty will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels. Please ensure to notify us of any changes in your booking to avoid penalties. Know Before You Go Late Passengers: Late passengers have a maximum 10-minute grace period. JUPITER LEGEND and CTOUR HOLIDAYS is not liable for delays or missed connections. Vehicle Transfers: Passengers may be transferred to another vehicle if needed. Check-In Documents:Bring a valid photo ID and your email confirmation for smooth check-in. Smoking&Pet Policy: Smoking is prohibited on buses and in most hotel rooms (fines may apply-$250+). Leaving the Group: If you decide to leave the tour early, you must inform the guide and sign a departure form. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip.
