- In booking this tour, the travelers certify that there are no health-related issues and is in good health condition. Travelers with high blood pressure, heart and kidney problems, diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, flu, pregnant, intoxicated and lack sleep are discouraged to join this tour. Please evaluate your health condition before joining the tour.
- Travelers who just arrived from the airport are discouraged to book the tour.
- Bringing of big luggage is not allowed , only hand-carry items.
- This is a long trip, if you suffer from motion sickness, take proper precautions in advance (medicines).
- In order to protect the local ecosystem, please do not touch the whale sharks and do not apply sunscreen before swimming. Follow the safety instruction and keep an appropriate distance from the whale sharks. Any violation may result in fines and penalties.
- Travelers are advised to wear long-sleeved clothes for sunburn protection.
- Driver details will be sent thru Viber 1 day befor the trip schedule
- For international guests, we recommend to use Viber to easily communicate with the coordinator and driver
- Over The Planet will not be liable and no refunds will be granted in the event that no whale sharks are seen or the whale shark center is closed due to unexpected weather condition.
- Upon arrival at Tagbilaran port in Bohol, follow the signs to the exit. Your tour guide will be waiting in the exit hall holding a your name card.
- The Oceanjet ticket will be sent to your email. Please bring your ticket and passport when you enter the pier. Guests are not allowed to bring trolleys inside as these block the aisles. So guests can only bring backpacks and handcarry items without check in. For each bag that need check in, surcharge is P50 per bag.
- Please arrive at the pier ahead of the departure time. Operator will not be responsible for rescheduling and refunds in case guests fail to the ride the ferry.
