The Baths are a testament to the advanced engineering and public amenities of Byzantine Thessaloniki.
Next, visit the impressive Walls of Thessaloniki, an 8-kilometer-long fortification system built to protect the city. From this elevated vantage point in Ano Poli, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the city and the Thermaic Gulf. Your Driver will explain how these walls, built during the late Roman and early Byzantine periods, played a crucial role in defending Thessaloniki over the centuries.
Rotunda
A short drive takes you to the iconic Rotunda, one of Thessaloniki’s most famous landmarks.
