Meeting / End Points
- Please arrive 30–45 minutes before your scheduled tour time to catch the shuttle to the trailhead. All adults must have a valid ID/Driver's License upon arrival.

Ticket Redemption
Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Reservation required. Subject to weather. Must be 16 or older with proof of identification. $100 Security deposit (per bike) and $500 deposit per Buggy is due at the time of your reservation. No Deposit required for Buggy with Driver. Deposit is returned upon completion of your ride if no damages are made and bikes are not flipped during the ride. Not refundable after booking. Rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled date. Voucher will be redeemed at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Once you book your reservation, please text (786) 547-1047, provide your name, the date you booked your tour, and your voucher in order to confirm your booking. Subject to availability.
