ONLY FOR THE BOOKING FROM CRUISE SHIP PASSENGER 1. The day before your Dunedin day tour, we will confirm your pick-up time based on the cruise arrival schedule provided by the port authorities. Please note that this time may differ from the one provided at the time of booking, as the initial time is for reference only and not the actual pick-up time. We will share the driver-guide's personal information, contact details, and confirmed pick-up time with you via the platform. If needed, you can communicate directly with our driver-guide through text, phone, WhatsApp, or email to ensure smooth arrangements. 2. On the day of the tour, your driver-guide will be waiting for you at Port Chalmers terminal, holding a whiteboard with your name on it for easy identification. Additionally, we guarantee that all cruise passengers will be safely returned to the Port Chalmers terminal before the port's stipulated return time. Rest assured, your schedule is in reliable hands. 3 . As our sharing day tour involves multiple participants from different groups, we must ensure that everyone is present before we begin. However, we want to minimize waiting times to avoid affecting the experience of punctual guests. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask all guests to be on time. Our maximum waiting time at the designated pick-up location is 10 minutes. For example, if your scheduled pick-up time is 8:30 AM, we will wait until 8:40 AM at the latest. If you do not arrive within this timeframe, we will unfortunately have to proceed without waiting further, and we will not be responsible for any loss incurred as a result. If you encounter any unexpected delays, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation to determine if special arrangements can be made. We will do our best to accommodate you while ensuring the tour runs smoothly for all participants. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making the tour fair and enjoyable for everyone.
