Yoga & tea to the sound of the Portuguese Guitar

Welcome to Porto! Come with me to live a unique experience where Yoga mixes with Portuguese tradition. Over 1.30h you will find the perfect way to disconnect from the noise of thoughts and enjoy a moment of calm and serenity where Yoga and aromatic tea merge with the sound of the Portuguese Guitar. After going up and down the streets and sidewalks of the city, nothing better than relaxing and stretching in an invigorating yoga class prepared for all levels of practice. At the end of the class we have a tea ceremony with Bio Tisanas composed of different aromatic herbs selected only with the noble parts of plants produced in organic farming in the northern region of our country. Being sensitive to the consequences of climate change, we have chosen rugs made from Portuguese cork for our practice, which is one of the most characteristic natural products in Portugal. In the end, I share with you the Portuguese music playlists that I used during class and at tea time.
