Wine Tasting and Introduction to Tasting Techniques
This activity is different from the traditional tasting workshops that can be found because:
- the environment is beautiful: a colorful cellar, a cheerful environment
- wine selection is a mix between classic and atypical
- the "tasting wheel" used to animate the workshop was specially created by Alix and tailor-made
- the animation method is fun and user-friendly

What's included in Wine Tasting and Introduction to Tasting Techniques
(Subject to Option Inclusions)We will sit around the large table d'hôtes in the center of my wine cellar for a workshop including: - Discovery and tasting of 4 cuvées "coup de coeur" (a mixture between classic and original, on different French regions) - Assorted plank of cheeses and artisan deli meats from local convenience stores - Fun game around wine using the "tasting wheel" - Introduction to oenology and tasting techniques, for all levels (from beginner to confirmed) Tasting cards will be given to participants, and I will give you 10% discount during your stay in Lyon, on the possible purchase to take wines tasted during the workshop. On the program: exchanges, conviviality, and nice surprises!
Inclusions
- Plank of local cold cuts and cheeses, in accordance with the wines tasted.
- Tasting sheets, and goodies offered
- All the wines tasted are included in the price, and you will even have the opportunity to stay a little longer for a drink after the workshop!
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
