What's included in Wine and Cheese Tasting
(Subject to Option Inclusions)In the heart of one of Strasbourg’s architectural jewels, the winemakers’ counter Alsatians invites you to discover the subtle art of wine and cheese pairings! Accompanied by our wine merchants and winemakers experts, enjoy 5 cheese wine pairings. This animation reserved for adventurers of taste allows you to understand the basics of wine and cheese pairings but also to detect unexpected and refined pairings. Throughout your initiation our wine merchant is there to guide you in the order of tasting and pass on the few golden rules to imagine a shaping tray worthy of the largest tables to impress your guests! This moment of sharing in a warm and authentic setting is also the perfect opportunity to exchange around the aromatic profiles of the different wines. Practical information: Duration: 1h30 minutes Languages: French and English We serve alcoholic beverages only to travelers 18 years and older. Guests under 18 years of age will be served grape juice.
