Itinerary

Windsor Castle

Over 900 years of royal history are waiting for you in Windsor Castle, which is perched high above the River Thames just outside of London. From William the Conqueror all the way through to the current King Charles III, Windsor is now the largest continuously occupied castle in the world. Your ticket includes entry to Windsor Castle and St. George's Chapel (if entry option selected). Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

St. George's Chapel

The Chapel has been the location of many royal weddings including TRH The Earl and Countess of Wessex, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Within the Chapel are the tombs of 11 monarchs, including The Late Queen, Queen Elizabeth II. Your ticket includes entry to Windsor Castle and St. George's Chapel (if Castle entry option selected). St. George's Chapel is closed on Sundays.There will be extra time to explore the castle precincts.

  • During low season the tour may also include an additional stop in the village of Lacock (Harry Potter filming location).
  • When Windsor Castle is closed (currently closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays) we will have free time in the town of Windsor.
  • St. George's Chapel is closed on Sundays. There will be extra time to explore the castle precincts.
  • The order of the visit may change. Between October and March the tour usually visits Windsor then Stonehenge with Bath as the last stop.
  • Please note: Windsor Castle will be closed on December 25 & 26.

Meeting Points

  • Located on 164 Buckingham Palace Road, Victoria, London, SW1W 9TP, approximately 7 minute walk from Victoria Underground and Railway station. Tour departs inside the building at Gate 19 at 7:45am (Boarding starts at 7.30am)

End Points

  • The station is served by the District, Circle, and Piccadilly line and takes approximately 20 minutes to Central London.

Boarding starts at 7:30am. Please go to Premium Tours desk located at Gate 19 - 20 inside Victoria Coach Station and wait for the tour to be called (Tour 1). For the safety of all customers, Victoria Coach Station departure gate(s) close 5 minutes before the departure time stated.  Please give yourself extra time to get to the departure point/gate.
