- The selected dishes in the menu must be easy-made at home to ensure you can re-create the dishes which you learn in Hoa's Kitchen. +During your cooking lesson, we will together prepare 3 traditional Vietnamese dishes from scratch. First, we will advise you on how best to prepare the dish and then will guide you step-by-step through the entire cooking process, sharing the secret tips to ensure you get the best results. After finish cooking, we sit down together to enjoy your home-cooked Vietnamese meal.
