- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the local tour operator reserves the right to cancel tours. If such a cancellation occurs, the operator will make every effort to place guests on the next available tour or provide an alternative option of equal or greater value. If the local tour supplier is unable to accommodate guests, a full refund will be issued
- The duration of tours may vary due to weather, traffic, road maintenance, and the group size. Sometimes, the tour may run a little longer than displayed due to guests' enjoyment
- The itinerary serves as a reference only. In the event of force majeure, such as attraction closure due to holidays, unforeseen circumstances, adverse traffic, or weather conditions, etc., the local tour company reserves the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary without prior notice or compensation
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times
- It is recommended that guests call 1-877-451-1777 at least 24 to 72 hours in advance to reconfirm pick-up time and location. The office is open in summer from 7:00 am–9:00 pm (PST) and in winter from 7:00 am–7:00 pm
- Local laws require car seats for children under 8 or under 145 cm in height. Please prepare your own car seat. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate in the tour without refunds
- There is no refund if a guest withdraws during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (such as no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.)
- Drop-off time is approximately 1 hour after the tour ends. The local tour operator is not responsible for traffic or service delays. Please plan your flights accordingly
