Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity
Please be responsible for your personal belongings. Klook / the operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip
The operator recommend families with infants to be booked onto their earliest departure of the night, please get in touch with the operator directly before making a booking that includes an infant so that they can check availability
Late arrivals will not be catered for, and you will not be allowed to join a later departure: the operator will then reserve the right to on-sell your ticket/s. If you are running late for any reason then please contact the operator ASAP
Please ensure you do not wear light-up / flashing shoes, as these are not permitted on the tour, and you will be refused entry and not eligible for a refund
Please be aware that all the stargazing tours run quite late in the evening; it is the responsibility of the parent/s or guardian/s to ensure that their infant is not disruptive to the rest of the group
In the event of adverse weather conditions (not limited to snow, ice, rain, cloud, or other extreme weather conditions) tours may be cancelled; if this is the case, the operator will issue a full refund or accommodate you on another scheduled tour departure
If your tour is going to be canceled due to very adverse weather, you will be notified via the email address you or your travel agent have provided. In some situations, when the operator believe that the weather has a chance of clearing up later in the night, they might push the start time of your tour later
If you arrive intoxicated for check-in you will be turned away and will not be eligible for a refund
