Optional : Discover the Puerta de Elvira, a historic gate located at Pl. del Triunfo, 19 in Granada's Albaicín district. This well-preserved medieval entrance reflects the rich Moorish heritage of the city, featuring intricate stonework and architectural details. As you walk through, immerse yourself in the historic charm of one of Granada's oldest and most picturesque neighborhoods.
Albayzin
On through the Albaicin, the “Arab Quarter” and its maze of streets. Transport through time as we meander and wind through the captivating "calle de las teterías". Feel the influence of its past on present day life, architecture and of course, food. Try your first tapas, a dish inspired from the Arab times.
Optional : Wander through Sacromonte, a vibrant neighborhood in Granada’s Albaicín district. Renowned for its cave dwellings and rich flamenco heritage, this historic area offers a unique glimpse into traditional Andalusian culture. Stroll its winding streets, enjoy panoramic views of the Alhambra, and soak in the lively atmosphere of one of Granada's most iconic and culturally rich locales.
