During this hands on lesson, we will share some traditional recipes we always seen in our families. Antipasti with a varietal of bruschette and cheese, meat ragù, handmade pasta, such as tagliatelle, and desserts are the dishes we will prepare and eat together.
Our dinner cooking class starts at 5 PM on Tuesday and Friday, while the lunch cooking class begins at 10 AM on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Our classes lasts about 4 hours.
Hands on cooking class for pasta dough which we'll use for tagliatelle, homemade ragù, chicken cacciatore and chocolate lava cake. Everything washed down with a couple of glasses of our wines produced at the estate. Apron and recipes to take home included for every partecipants. If you have any type of allergy or intollerance, or a specific diet (vegetarian/vegan), you can tell us and we will adjust the menu for you.
