Normally, all clients must meet 45 to 50 minutes after their cruise arrives or if it is from a hotel, they must contact us to determine a time to start, then once at the waterfalls, the client cannot bring objects that are not going to be used, if the client wants to bring his cell phone or another object it is the client's responsibility, once the excursion has started the client has the option to slide or jump at the same time you will have the zip line next to the waterfall to make your experience with us more fun, an approximate 3 hour excursion!
