State-of-the-art Mexican cooking classes
Mexican Gastronomy was recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in November 2010, by UNESCO.
For me, it is a pleasure to show part of the Mexican cultural heritage; based on traditional recipes with a contemporary twist.
If travelers so wish, they are taken on a tour of the local market where they can view fresh produce at its best.
We will teach them to make the most traditional dishes of Mexican cuisine, where they will be able to use techniques inherited from generations.

Every entry deserves the smallest detail, we will be inspired by a Mexican product, developing an avant-garde entry.
STARTER - Cold or hot entry
We will be inspired by seasonal products to develop our entry.
MAIN - Mexican Kitchen
Learn how to make a pink, green mole and more options according to the seasonal ingredients applying traditional and avant-garde techniques.
